Peter Barrett has been a trial attorney since 1996. His practice areas include civil litigation, including motor vehicle and premises liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, construction defects, construction litigation and toxic torts. He has vast experience handling disputes at all stages of litigation from inception through trial.  He regularly practices in all of the judicial districts in Connecticut, and in Massachusetts, and has successfully represented clients in dozens of jury and bench trials, as well as at arbitrations.  His background includes jury verdicts for his clients in judicial districts throughout Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
